UNINTERRUPTED SEA VIEWS ON BEACH ROAD is a charming house and flatlet situated in Kleinmond, offering guests spacious and comfortable self-catering accommodation opposite the beach. The house and flatlet are an ideal option for a family or group of friends seeking holiday accommodation. The house and flatlet consist of 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children.
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a single bed and a child-only mattress. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the fifth bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. These 2 rooms are located in the flatlet. The 2 shared bathrooms are each fitted with either a bath and a shower or a shower only.
The kitchen is open-plan to the living area and is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area includes a dining table, a TV, a fireplace, and comfortable couches.
The house opens onto a private garden with a built-in braai and outdoor furniture. Complimentary Wi-Fi and secure parking are available to guests during their stay.
R2650 per night (whole house plus flatlet - 8 sleeper in total). Peak Season: (December and January). 1 Week in advance booking required. |

Terms & Conditions
- The property (you) must offer the 15% saving to all verified members
- Verification is done automatically at the time of an enquiry. It is at the property’s discretion whether to offer the saving for a telephonic enquiry. (As you have no means to verify the membership number, it is advisable to get them to do a formal enquiry so they can be verified).
- If the property is currently running a "Special" greater than 15% then the "Special" price will apply. (No further savings needs to be offered). EXCEPT in the case where the "Special" is lower than 15%. In that case the 15% will apply.
Example: A property offering a 10% discount, must offer an additional 5% discount to valid members - so they get a total 15% saving. - The property must offer valid members the saving all year round. (Properties that pick and chose in which seasons to participate run the risk of being removed from the programme completely. Allowing selective participation defeats the integrity of this initiative).
- The property must not inflate the price before the 15% is applied. Prices displayed should be the rack rate. (The official or advertised price of a room).
- The property must honour any bookings made while the property was participating as a $elect Stays property.
- The property must honour the agreement and the spirit in which the initiative is designed to benefit local tourism.
